3. Humidity control: Directly control the humidity inside the workspace by controlling the dehumidification and steam humidification devices of the air. This dry to wet ratio control method can significantly reduce the equilibrium time of humidity compared to dew point control method.
4. Background concentration control: Multiple air filtration and purification systems efficiently remove pollutants released from gas supply and samples, ensuring that the background concentration meets testing requirements. The purification module can be quickly disassembled and replaced.
5.
